We were thrilled to host our inaugural Leadership Conference on 28th March 2024 for all of our Academy and Trust leaders.

The theme for the conference was Legacy Leadership, and we were lucky enough to secure three national speakers:

• Wayne Norrie, CEO of Greenwood Academies Trust, spoke about adding value as a Trust.
• Diana Osagie led on Habits, mindsets, fears – what is it that needs to shift so you can lead and thrive?
• Kev House, from the Art of Brilliance covered The WHY factor, (Re)discovering your WHY 

and our CEO, Paul Shanks and Chair of Trustees, Julie Perry asked us to consider what is our legacy to leave the world a better place. 

The feedback we received from attendees was incredible, and we can't wait to start planning for next year!
