The Trust’s Scheme of Delegation sets out who is responsible for which aspects of leadership and governance within the Academy Trust. The document provides an ‘at a glance’ framework outlining where the Trust makes its decisions and on what issues and where it has delegated decision-making authority to its committees and/or executive.
