CONSTITUTIONAL ARRANGEMENTS

Eastern Multi-Academy Trust is a company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales with company number 07338780. It has entered into Master Funding Agreements and various Supplemental Funding Agreements covering the funding of the academies within the Trust (together the “Funding Agreements”).

The trustees established an Academy Council in each academy and delegate responsibilities to them, however, the Academy Councils are not legally responsible or accountable for statutory functions.
